"For years I've tried to lose weight with very little success, so when my Fiance suggested trying the Ideal Protein program I was very skeptical. Not just because of my past weight loss futility, but also because I love food. I've never thought I would be able to stick to a diet program and as a result I've always avoided diets. After some convincing I decided to give it a shot, which turned out to be the best decision I ever made.

The transition from eating anything to following the prescribed meal plan was surprisingly easy especially since there are quite a few IP foods that I liked, and the variety of choices meant I didn't have to eat the same things over and over (a killer for any foodie!). All of that being said, I would not have been achieved the results I did without the awesome support of my Ideal Protein coach who was always so helpful, responding to my questions at all hours, meeting me on holidays to re-up my food supply and just being that encouraging voice.

 

My mom always used to say, "you can do anything you put your mind to" and I think I have proved that with Ideal Protein. So for those of you out there who are struggling with your weight, I highly recommend Ideal Protein, and you will be surprised at the results you can achieve if you stay disciplined and put in the work."

For the past ten weeks i've prepared every Phase One meal, chopped and roasted more veggies than the Food Network. Roasted Radishes really do taste like roasted potatoes and Cauliflower Rice has replaced "Rice" for the long haul. 

 

I really listened to my thoughts about food when I was craving unhealthy food choices and realized that fighting through them, taking a mental break and drinking a nice tall glass of water got me through, not running to food.
