Length: Dependent on your healthy target weight. Average weight loss is 2-4 lbs for women and 3-7 lbs for men. 

Description: Weekly one on one private coaching sessions. Reduced carbohydrate intake, increase fresh vegetables, additional lean protein, and highly absorbable & high biological value ideal protein products.

Length: One week, Step Down Program; One week, Macros Education

Description: Continued weekly one on one private coaching sessions. Increase caloric intake, begin reducing highly absorbable ideal protein products, further increase vegetable and lean protein consumption. Your macronutrients will be adjusted to effectively manage hunger and satisfaction - the keys to maintaining weight loss. Your coach will take time to educate you on reading food labels, calculating your daily caloric intake, properly pairing foods, all in preparation for phase three.

You’ve made it! You are at your healthy target weight. So let's keep it that way with weekly, bi weekly, and then monthly check ins and a nice balanced diet of protein, fats, and carbs. Your coach will continue to take time to reinforce education of reading food labels, calculating your daily caloric intake, properly pairing foods, and managing slip ups.
